    The Han Dynasty was one of the most influencial and beneficial to China.With the Han came a time of peace and knowledge.Han scientist made the basics of what we learn today in zoology,chemistry,and botany.Making herbs to relieve pain is one of the inventions made by Han scientist and made medicine from herbs.Han artist are also well known for there skills in carving.During the Han Dynasty was when Confucianism became the official religion in China.Confucianism was created by a man called Kong Fu Zi during the Chou Dynasty around 500 B.C.Seeing his country in such distrees Kong made some of the greatest phiosophys of all time.Kongs philosophys streesed the need of a sense of social order and mutual respect.Known as the Analects are some of Kongs greatest writings such as the Five Relationships.The Five Rlationships are that if everyone new their place in society then society whould prevail.Kong also saw kindness and respect as a great tool in society.Jen,Li,and Filial Piety are also some believes of Confucianism.Kongs teachings are still practiced today traditionally in southeast Asia and is one of the largest belief systems in the world.

The Han Dynasty lasted from 206 BCE to 220CE. Under emperor Wudi, who was the Chinese emperor at that time, China grew in its government and economy. During this time, the Silk Road opened as a major trade route. Trade between this trade route resulted in many new products for the Chinese. The Chinese during that time wrote books for various topics from zoology to chemistry and also invented many new things such as the fishing reel and the wheelbarrow and also discovered the process of making paper from wood. Han physicians also developed acupuncture which a medical technique that placed needles into the skin to help the flow of energy. Other medical treatments resulted in using plants into herbal remedies. Han architects were also famous at this time for their work with jade, wood, and ivory with the building of other temples.  During the Han Dynasty, Confucianism became the official belief system, or religion of China. The confucian system of government was used in China for about 2000 years.

During Han Dynasty, there was many cultural and intellectual achievements that came as a result of Wudi's leadership. During Han Dynasty, China has experienced gold age, due to the big achievements in chemistry and sculpture making. Architects were well recognized by their creative work with materials such as jade, ivory, and wood. At that time, China was well known for their skills of making silk. Confucianism became one of the belief systems in China. Rules that people followed can be best described through the Five Relationships so everyone knew their place in society.

The Silk road was a major trade route because it brought China to other civilizations and they got new products such as grapes and cucumbers.
Han scientists wrote textbooks ranging from zoology, botany, and chemistry on paper made from wood pulp. They also created accurate clocks because they were advanced astronomers. The doctors created acupuncture to relieve pain and treat some illnesses.
Confucianism became the main belief system under the Hans. Confucianism was founded by Confucius who lived during the Chou Dynasty. He believed in respect and social order which is now known as a philosophy called Confucianism which is explained in the Five Relations:
"Ruler to ruled, father to son, older brother to younger brother, husband to wife, and friend to friend."
Confucius also believed that if everyone knew their place in society than there would be peace and order. In order to reach an ordered society, you need to practice a few concepts:
"Jen: Human kindness should be shown towards others
Li: Proper etiquette should always be used, and one should always strive to achieve perfect virtue
Filial Piety: One should respect their elders"

The earliest dynasty is said to be the Shang Dynasty. It had a huge impact in the Chinese culture. They invented a system of writing in which included 10,000 types of characters. The founder Kong Fu Zi, lived in China. Once trasnlated in European its Confucius. He believed that the only cure was to stress a sense of social order and mutual respect. Afterwards, this philosophy was then known as Confucianism. This philosophy is still practiced in Southeast Asia. Confucius  teaches that there is social order to society.

During 206 B.C. The Han Dynasty ruled China.  This leadedship had the Chinese people happy due to their golden age.     Pictographs (pictures) and Ideographs (drawings) are things used in the system of writing, that the Shang Dynasty developed, between 1650-1027 BCE . The Shang Dynasty is known to be one of the oldest dynasties in China. Dynasty is a succession of rulers from the same family. The Zhou Dynasty removed the Shang from power by force in 1027-256BCE. To justify their rule, they used the Mandate of heaven. The mandate of heaven; the mandate of heaven is a belief that the ruler is sent by the gods. The Zhou Dynasty claimed that while they were ruling the government had been very good, and there were no floods, this showed that the gods were happy with the rule. While the Zhou Dynasty was at rule they traded, silk a new and later successful invention. They also developed a book, which included poems describing the life of Chinese back then. Between 206BCE - 220 CE when Han Dynasty was at rule china went through a Golden Age ( time when lots of art, literature, and science is gained. Also when there is a lot of peace). Confucianism was an official  belief system in China. Acupuncture was developed by Han Physicians. During 618-907 the Tan Dynasty ruled. They developed a law code, and renewed the canal system. Song Dynasty ruled from 960-1279, they reunited China after a period of chaos. They were also known for rice cultivation, fine porcelain, calligraphy, and landscape paintings. The Ming Dynasty is known for the famous “blue and white porcelain bases”. Zhen He was an explorer that establish different trade routes but after his death, Ming Emperor closed these trades to prevent the influence of other countries in China. But this made China more likely to be invaded by Europeans later on.

There were five relationships; Ruler to Ruler, Father to Son, Older Brother to Younger Brother, Husband to Wife, and Friend to Friend. It was believed that by people knowing were their place was, a peace could be maintained.
