What role does an Educational Leader play in impacting change and enhancing learning within a district, a school or a classroom? How can technology be used in differentiating instruction to impact that change (Differentiating Instruction)? How does an Educational Leader develop a "bird's eye" perspective to identify a need within a school and then develop programs and curricula to address that need (Understanding by Design)? How can we design curriculum so that it reaches multiple modalities (Multiple Intelligences)?
