The Jefferson Math Project (JMAP) is a non-profit initiative offering New York math teachers resources that simplify the integration of Regents exam questions into their curriculum.

 

 

Here's an excellent flash file that allows you to click on a grid and have the coordinates automatically appear.  It also allows you to create an axis as well as many other wonderful features.  Enjoy!

Here's a link to Smarttech.com's searchable database of math lessons.  Enter the grade you teach and then search.  Notice that you can click on Standards as well.
