Here are the steps for adding a picture to a post.
Find the picture you want to add.
Download picture. Select Save rather than Open. Save it to My Pictures inside My Documents.
Select My Gallery from Community Administration.
Select Manage Gallery.
Select Upload New Image.
Click Add, then Browse.
Select picture. Click it, then click Open (or double click.)
Click Upload.
Click Save.
Select Content Selector above.
Select your gallery.
Click image, then click OK.
