i am reading a gruesome fiction book called "The Demonata:Lord Loss" by Darren Shan.  ("guaranteed to gross out anyone")
Its mainly about a teen who's parents and sister were killed/slaughtered to pieces by a demon master because of a family curse.  Now, the teen and his uncle have to fight for their lives because they summoned the demon master to them to do a certain task that magic could not cure. but besides this there is a lot more to this tale! I"d reccommend this book to anyone who loves gruesome books with.............surprises!

I read a book called "On the bright side, I'm now the girlfriend of a ........ : further confessions of Georgia Nicolson," by Rennison, Louise. This book is about a girl who goes out with a boy that is older then her. Georgia is in love with this men. But is he in love with her? The broke up because he said that he is to old for her. She is always waiting for him to call or something. She is always writing about him. But does he call her to see if they want to get back? Read the book to see if he does or doesn't? Also does she get over him? I'd reccommend this book to only girls because if you like to read about what do girls do when we want to meet a boy or things like that we do.

I read a book called " Ender's Game," by Orson Scott Card. This book is Science fiction. This book is about a kid named Ender. He has a monitor in his neck. The doctor took out the monitor from Ender. Ender wants to go to this shool that teches how to fight.  they teach him hoe to fight because they have to attack alien that want to rule the world. The teachers want to see if Ender is the one. But the one of what. There is a lot of surprises in this book. I reccommend this book to any one who like science fiction.  

The book that I have previously read and loved is called Someone Like You, by Sarah Dessen. This book was very good; I could not put it down. I think that it is one of my all time favorite books. This book is about two girls, Halley and Scarlett, who are around sixteen years old. Scarlett’s boyfriend is killed in a motorcycle accident and the next day she learns that she is pregnant with his baby. This is the shock of her life and now, of all times, she needs her best friend, Halley to be there for her. This book defines friendship and what extent friends go to, in order to help someone in need. This book shows courageousness and affection for a girl and her best friend. A true friend is a promise you keep forever, and that is what Halley is demonstrating to Scarlett in a time when she needs her most. I recommend this book to girls, around 12 or older. It is a real, down-to-earth story-- that I’m sure many girls are going to have experiences with in the future...

I have read a book called Cuba 15 by Nancy Osa. This book is very good. It is about a girl named Violet Paz who is Cuban. She longs to be a typical American teenager and insists on doing that until one day her traditional Cuban grandmother suggests that she have a quinceanera; a sweet fifteen. At first, Violet is hesitant towards the whole party idea considering she isn’t the girl who likes to do her hair and wear pink. She hasn’t been a girly-girl since as far back as she can remember. Her best friends try and convince her to give in and go all out meaning she wear a fancy dress, get her hair and nails done, and even, maybe, dance with a boy. The book talks about the steps Violet goes through to prepare for her quince and how much fun this party was. I reccomend this book to girls- especially girls with a Spanish background- it teaches you a lot about life and Spanish traditions.

I have read a book called Molly moons Hypnotic time travel adventure by Georgia Byng. I would recommend this book to other people because it keeps you wanting to read and find out what will happen. The book is basically about a girl named molly moon who is a great hypnotist who now leanred how to time travel. She must travel back in time to save her younger selfs from the evil maharaja who is out to kill her from messing with his plans. So in the end she must keep herselfs togeteher and defeat the maharaja before he destroys her. In doing this she finds a new friend, new memories and a big secret that will make her have another adventure. But before you read this one i would recommend reading the 1st book and 2nd book which are molly moon's incredible book of hypnotism and molly moon's stops the world.

Another book that i have read is called The two princesses of Bamarre by Gail carson Levine. I would recommend this book to other people because it's a great book full of surprises and adventure. What happens in the book is that there are two princesses who are totally the opposites of each other. One who is Addie is fearful and shy and always wants to be safe and the other who is Meryl is bold and brave and wants to save the kingdom of Bamarre. In the end Addies sister Meryl gets the gray death and addie must go on a dangerous journey to find a cure to save her sister from dying before time runs out. On this journey she encounters new friends and dangerous monsters such as orges, dragons and more. As Addie goes on this adventure she finds her stregth and gives all her might in finding this cure before her sister can't hold on any more.

I have read a book called "The Land of Elyon Book 1:The Dark Hills Divide" by Patrick Carman, a fiction book. What caught my eye was the interesting cover and the map of the place where the main character, 12 year old Alexa Daley lives. She lives on a large rock island that is surrounded by clouds.The town she lives in is connected to 2 other towns by walls. No one has ever ventured outside the walls before to the other towns. Alexa had always wanted to go outside of the walls and always wished that there were no walls. But that is only because she doesn't know what evil lurks outside the them. As she does venture outside the walls early in the book via a secret passage way, she does find a "Jocastas" that gives her the power to do something extraordinary. With the help of that, some animals, and human named yipes who lives in the hills, they have to discover many untold secrets and what else lies beyond the walls and the hills. There is a lot more to this tale than what I am telling you too.

I read a book called "The Thief Lord". I loved that book. It's a real page turner. The author is Cornelia Funke, and it is a novel. This book is about to orphan boys that runaway from their aunt to Venice, Italy. They meet a group of orphans that live alone in an abandoned movie theater. They manage to live because of their "leader", Scipio. He steals valuablles to sell for money. Towards the middle of the book, you find that Scipio isn't who everyone thinks he is. I reccomend this book to anyone who likes novels, and who likes page turners because The Thief Lord is definatley one of them.

I read a great book called "The Princess Diaries". This book is actually one of a series. A movie was also made after this book. The Princess Diaries is abot a teen who one day finds out that her father was a King of a tiny country in Europe, which makes her a princess. She has to go to her grandmother's house for princess lessons, study for her classes which she is close to failing, and on top of all of that, she has to survive high school. This is a really good book, and I finished it within 2 days, which only happens to me when I am reading a really good book. I reccomend this book to teen girls because it's funny and basically deals with what a lot of teens have to go through these days.

the tale of despereaux by Kate Dicamillo
this book is about being different. its about a small mouse that causes alot of contreversy with the other mice in their community. this was an adventorous and lovable book.

this was a really sad book but i enjoyed reading it. it was about the hardships in life in the past.when i was reading this book i felt like i was right there in it.

i loved the artemi foul series. the four book set was written by Eion Colfer. the third book was Artemis Foul and the eternity code.  it was about a boy genious who cobbled together a computer from stolen fairy technology. the computer was stoleen and he had to get it back or the people would mbe discovered.  since this is the third time Artemis got into the prople's afffairs, the mind wipe him of fairy knowlege...

i loved the A Wrinkle in Time series. the many book set was written by Madelieine L'Engle. the first book was A Wrinkle in Time.  it was about a boy names Charlse and his sister Meg. A Stranger came to their house and leads them on a wild goose chase across the universe. they fight the evil forces that are trying to distroy the universe. this all started when their father who was studing the fifth demention was lost. now the are trying to get him back...

i read a book called Roots. I loved the book. It was about the struggle of an american family,  starting from the freelands of Africa then going to the darkness of slavery in America . Finally ending in the freeness of the emancipation.  The book i would recomend to someone who has an interest in history. Also someone who has read a book with such heavy dialect. The book does keep you at the edge of your seat you always want to know what will happen next.

I have read a book clled THE SUBTLE KNIFE. The book is a wonderful adventure that takes you on a emotional rollercoaster with the two charedters Will and Lyra. I recomend this book to people who are interested in science fiction books and people interested in adventure beyond your wildest beliefs.

Anne of Green Gables by: L. M. Montgomery was a book i read a while ago but it was really good. It is about an orphan girl who thinks nobody will ver love her but she finally finds a family of an old woman, Marilla and a old man, Cuthburt. She touches Cuthbert's and tryes to do the same with Marilla but it is harder. She has lots of adventores with her bosom friend Diana and gets into lots trouble in unexpected ways. I would reccomended this book to anyone.
